4. Mentor Requirements

Mentors on our platform must:

• Provide accurate professional credentials
• Complete our verification process
• Maintain professional conduct during sessions
• Honor scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations
• Keep mentee information confidential

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Session-specific refunds may be available if a mentor fails to attend.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SOTYX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant SOTYX a license to use such content for platform operations.

SOTYX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes from mentorship sessions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
